About me
I’m a UX/UI Designer and digital educator with five years of experience leading human-centered design projects for NGOs, cooperatives, and international teams. I specialize in creating accessible, thoughtful interfaces and guiding students and professionals through clear, structured learning processes. My work blends design, communication, and technological literacy to build products—and communities—that actually make sense for real people
My journey started at the intersection of arts, technology, and social advocacy. Over the years, I’ve learned that the most resilient and meaningful digital products are born not from trends, but from deep, contextual listening—to users, to teams, and to the social fabric they inhabit.
That’s why my practice is built on a foundation of rigorous research and analysis, communication and functional design.
Communication
Clear and strategic communication is at the core of my process. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, and expectations, translating complex needs into actionable design insights. Whether facilitating workshops, leading feedback sessions, or aligning multidisciplinary teams, I maintain a structured, transparent workflow that keeps projects moving forward and reduces uncertainty. My goal is always the same: make sure everyone speaks the same language and works toward the same vision.
User research
My research approach combines qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover what users need, how they behave, and where opportunities exist. I conduct interviews, usability tests, competitive benchmarking, heuristic evaluations, and journey mapping to build a solid foundation for every design decision. I turn findings into clear, digestible insights that guide teams and shape products with confidence. For me, good research is not just about gathering data—it’s about telling the story behind it.
Functional Design
My design approach is centered on clarity, consistency, and usability. I create interfaces that guide users smoothly, balancing visual identity with functional simplicity. I focus on structure, information architecture, accessibility, and patterns that reduce friction. Rather than designing for aesthetics alone, I design so people can complete tasks easily and confidently.
